Shipping method
Shipping is carried out exclusively by standard delivery.
Express delivery is currently not offered.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The delivery time is usually 2–3 business days after handover to the postal service.
Shipping costs for Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- CHF 8.90 per order
- Free shipping from an order value of CHF 120
Shipping within the European Union
The delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after handover to the postal service.
Shipping costs for DE / AT / NL: €7.90 per order
Free shipping from an order value of €120
Customs duties and taxes
All prices shown are final prices.
- Customs duties, taxes and any other charges are fully included in the purchase price.
- Customers do not incur any additional costs upon delivery, neither within Switzerland nor within the EU.
- No subsequent customs, import or clearance fees will be charged.
Delivery delays
If an item is temporarily unavailable or if delivery delays occur due to force majeure, for example strikes, natural events or customs delays, we will inform you immediately by email.
