Sinetrol® XPur is a standardised plant complex made from citrus polyphenols and guarana extract. The ingredient has been investigated in several human studies.
In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 95 overweight adults took part for twelve weeks: 47 received Sinetrol® XPur and 48 received a placebo.
Average reductions in waist and hip circumference, body fat and body weight were greater in the Sinetrol® XPur group than in the placebo group. The study product was well tolerated throughout the study period.

A longer observation period also makes sense in light of the research: several published human studies on Sinetrol® were conducted over 12 weeks – a period very similar to your 90-day routine.

Does Velisana Silhouette have side effects?
Sinetrol® showed a good tolerability profile in the published human studies. At the same time, everyone reacts differently, and plant extracts may also be tolerated differently from person to person.
Velisana Silhouette deliberately does not rely on extremely high amounts of caffeine. The complete daily serving contains around 48 mg of naturally occurring caffeine from the included plant extracts. People who are sensitive to caffeine should take this into account.

Velisana Silhouette is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children and adolescents under the age of 18. It should not be taken on an empty stomach or on the same day as other green tea products.
Sinetrol® XPur C also contains an ingredient derived from grapefruit. If you take medication for which grapefruit may be relevant, are sensitive to caffeine or have questions about whether Velisana Silhouette is suitable for you, you can ask your pharmacist for personal advice.
